Folkestone Harbour is now unusual (unique?) in being crossed by a railway branch. This has seen occasional steam hauled specials but its closure is imminent. There is obviously a swing bridge at one end but judging by all the cables strewn along it this hasn't turned in many a year and it would be inadvisable to try.
