Heading NNW - I can just about remember my father taking me on the back of a motorbike along this road, to visit relatives in Ballygawley, before the newer Doogary Road bypassed it. This was in the mid 1950's and there wasn't a lot of traffic on the road in those days. We didn't wear helmets, but I had on my Wellingtons to keep my legs warm
