A few direction signs have been made using upper case since it was retired in 1964, but not with an unofficial font not seen anywhere else on public roads to my knowledge. There is a brewery opposite, maybe the maker had just paid a visit there first. Technically it is the official font, but stretched by about 100% vertically.
