George Dance provided the design, local man John Palmer executed it. Frieze of festoons and masks aligned above each of the pilasters. Above are lyre finials and a Hanoverian royal crest. Built 1802-05. Grade II* listed. Obtruding behind is a fly tower, 1982, "a necessary evil".
