Wagon belongs to M. Way & Son of South Molton, North Devon. It has just delivered pulverised clay to the quayside, probably for immediate loading by crane to a waiting ship. It will be returning via the A381 to one of the claypits in the Bovey basin northwest of Newton Abbot and Kingsteignton.
