The premises of Perfect Nails. Painted on the glass above the door is the word TWO. Note the delicate semi-circular balcony balustrade and the niches either side of the window; perhaps they once contained figures. The constantly flashing neon lights in the shop windows say Airbrush Nails and Nails Open.
