This building was originally a Catholic primary school. For a number of years it was "The Beauly Centre", a tourist information centre run by the Beauly Firth and Glens Trust. That closed a few years ago. It is now "The Old School Beauly", including a cafe and gift shop. http://www.oldschoolbeauly.co.uk/
