How cheering to be able to report that after a period of uncertainty the Garibaldi's future as a pub has been secured - having been acquired by the local community: http://garibaldipub.co.uk/ It has to be said that 'Garibaldi' is an unlikely name for a pub in Buckinghamshire - but it seems that Italy's national hero was once a guest at Cliveden, just up the road: http://garibaldipub.co.uk/?page_id=9 Photo taken on one of the many wet days in January 2014.
