Probably by Henry Goodridge, 1824-25. Plain three-bay ends, the centre treated more expansively with statues of Commerce, Genius and a figure above the parapet (Image]). The composition is inspired by the Choragic Monument of Thrasyllus which stood on the Acropolis in Athens (until the Turks destroyed it in 1826). Grade II* listed. Now just retail, including Cheltenham & Gloucester and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
