A vacant site at the Botanic Avenue end of Ireton Street Image The hoarding has a “sold” sign indicating that it formed part of an auction sale. The auction brochure included the following “The subject property is located on Ireton Street, just off Botanic Avenue in South Belfast, approximately 1 mile from Belfast City Centre. The Botanic Area of Belfast is a popular suburban retail and residential location, surrounded by high density housing, much of which is occupied by young professionals and students from Queens University. Description The subject site comprises of a cleared and fenced site of c.1,197 sq ft (c.0.03 acre). Located adjacent is a similar cleared site that does not form part of the sale”.
