From the London end of the central island platform, between the slow lines (right) and fast (left). On the left, an area formerly used for sidings houses supplies for track works; an extra arch to the bridge formerly gave rail access. Most of this space, behind the photographer, is used for a builder's yard and a branch of Iceland.
