Richly articulated but plain elevations possibly designed by Henry Underwood, and built c1845. Pevsner describes it as Greek Revival but it has few of the details usually associated with that style. There are unusual first-floor pierced parapets. Grade II listed. Now a branch of Barclays Bank, offices above.
