Part of a new development, on the northern side of the Belmont Road, close to the roundabout. Described in the agents’ brochure as “This unique development comprises one detached and four semi detached homes with ample gardens and parking, positioned between Wandsworth Drive and the Campbell roundabout in the highly desirable location of Belmont. Cherith Brook is ideally located with close proximity for commuting to the city centre and all that East Belfast has to offer. There is an abundance of excellent grammar schools, numerous leading primary schools and many reputable nursery schools within easy walking distance”. This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the development and sale. Image shows the agents’ board incorporating an architect’s impression of the finished houses.
