After an unusually cold March 2013, colder than an average January in many parts of the UK, spring growth was about 3 weeks later than average. Trees alongside the A40 were bare on April 21st 2013. Distances shown are 8 (miles) to Gloucester, 16 to Cheltenham and 59 to Oxford.
