Opened in 1882 on the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway's "Oldham Loop" line from Manchester to Rochdale, this station closed to 'heavy' rail traffic in 2009. It was rebuilt and reopened in 2012 as part of Metrolink. View north east towards Hollinwood and Oldham, after conversion. Compare with Image
