A UTA built MPD set forming the 12.05 passenger service from Belfast (York Road) to Larne passes the down platform at Mount station, MP8.6. Mount served the Courtauld's factory and had no road access - the signal cabin (closed 1967) can be seen in the background. Mount station officially closed on 8 May 1972. Google satellite view shows there is now no trace of this station while the former Courtalud's site has been redeveloped into small business units.
