At least that is what the sign says but on Christmas Day some drivers were going through the water very carefully while others seemed to be seeing how big a wave they could make. This is Bow Road in Wateringbury. The River Medway has flooded its banks and has covered the road to the north of the station by a foot. Cars could still drive through but beyond Wateringbury Bridge at Bow Hill the road was closed.
