Once upon a time a footpath led from behind the camera to Cherry Tree Farm. It is still marked on the map but there is no bridge over the dyke and no trace on the field. Apparently the paper boy used to use it. Not only that but it crossed the road here and went in the opposite direction (ahead) to South Somercotes. There was a farm and yard in this corner that it passed through. But there is no sign of it now, neither on the ground nor on the map.
