At the junction with Redbourne Street, originally The Lion Hotel, now The Lion public house, No.19 Newton Street, by 1892. Also known as No.61 Redbourne Street. Advertised for sale October 2010. On 28 June 2012, the City Council approved a change of use of the disused pub to provide seven self-contained flats; provision of bin, cycle store and car parking.
