Home to Promedics orthopaedic http://www.promedics.co.uk/CMSPage.aspx?pageId=15 . This was previously the Redditch Hosiery Needles factory, known locally as "The Needle Factory". Several factories in the industrial estate ensured a high demand for sewing machine needles (Playtex, Blacks of Greenock and Wovenair). See also Image
