An early 1990’s office building, which had the NFU Mutual as one of the original occupants, at the corner of Adelaide Street (foreground) and Franklin Street. Now surrounded by scaffolding during renovation. The brochure prepared by one of the joint agents includes this: “The Landlords [sic] intention is to redevelop this accommodation and where possible will tailor the refurbishment to suit end users requirements”.
