Taken in April 1982, this photo shows the Croxley Paper Mills in the process of being demolished. The tall chimneys can be seen to the right of the photo. In front of the mills there was a Croxley Mills Branch that used to run to the former Rickmansworth Branch carrying fuel oil supples, but that closed on Thursday 20th January 1983 and the track lifted in 1986/7.
