The "Nurses' Home" is a 3-storey building down on the south edge of the former hospital. Whilst most of the other old wards and buildings have been repurposed as office space, the 70 or 80 dormitories in this block have remained empty for decades. The boarded-up building only ever sees occasional use as a training location for police dogs.
