Close up feature of the work of Canadian sculptor Robin Bell - outside The Meadowhall shopping complex. When dealing with molten metal, Sheffield and Rotherham steelworkers would often stuff water-soaked neckerchiefs into their mouths to try to offset the gruesome industrial heat.
