One of two adjacent hulking 1970s brutes (to the right is Image]), this one by Wakeford, Jerram & Harris, 1974. Dark-brown cladding. Named incongruously after a C13th Franciscan monastery that once stood on the site. Visible in front is a section of elevated walkway, part of a now mostly dilapidated 1960s scheme.
