This appeared overnight at the New Adelphi Club on De Grey Street, Hull. Some residences of Hull are a little upset at the use of the timebomb as Kingston upon Hull (a northeast coastal town) was the most bombed city outside of London during the Second World War. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hull_Blitz
