South Farm was originally built by the Greenwich Royal Maritime Trust in 1865 as a 'model farm'. It is being redeveloped by Juice DBT Ltd. to provide 5 dwellings. 'The Old Mill', with 4 bedrooms upstairs, will incorporate a kitchen in the former gin gang.
