At the head of Love Lane in Easby, which leads down to Easby Abbey, the shell of a Victorian wall box is still well maintained with fresh paint alongside its replacement lamp box from the reign of Elizabeth II. The last collections are at 5pm from Monday to Friday and 11:30am on Saturdays, but the box doesn't seem to display a number.
