At right is Sea Hill. The clock tower in the background was built in 1887 to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee. The villa at the left where building work is taking place is named 'Kingsland'. To its right is a small ornamental garden created on the site of a villa destroyed by bombing in the second world war.
