The Gretna starlings are roosting this autumn in forestry at the Rigg area on the west side of Gretna. Last year they roosted in trees next to the Gretna Gateway Centre. A good number of birds have landed on this pylon and power lines prior to forming a murmuration. This was viewed from a field at Nivenhill Farm.
