Located alongside the road to Garway, about 200 metres from the crossroads at the centre of Broad Oak, a small village in Herefordshire. There was a chapel in Broad Oak long before this building opened for worship in December 1906. The Primitive Methodist cause began in Broad Oak in 1826. The name on the tablet on the wall is PRIMITIVE METHODIST CHURCH.
