Last day of October, a cold grey windy late afternoon, everybody seemed dressed in the dowdiest of winter clothes and looked miserable. You felt cold just looking at them. Honestly, I was losing the will to live. Then suddenly the sun came out! The gold-coated streaker in the shop doorway (by the turquoise advertising board) is a bit scary though.
