Former Renfrewshire Education Authority building on Glasgow Road, paisley. The out of character signs across the front of the building read "Renfrewshire Valuation Joint Board" and "Assessor & Electoral Registration Officer". The building was extensively renovated in 2003 after it was found to have deteriorated considerably. Thanks to Bob Greenfield for the above information.
