Faced in rather unprepossessing Pennant rubble and stone, although the ground-floor arcade is an attractive feature in granite and Mansfield stone. By Henry Crisp and H.C.M. Hirst, 1883. Grade II listed. Built as a tobacco factory, it is now flats.
