Looking very 1950s. On the end wall is a typically symbolic carving: Image Offices of the Unite union, formerly known as Transport House, it was renamed in honour of Tony Benn a few months after this photo was taken. As well as being a staunch support of trades unions, Benn was an M.P. in Bristol from 1950 until 1983. The far block with blue spandrels is Transom House.
