The agents’ description includes “The subject property located at 9-11 Crumlin Road comprises a single storey office building of brickwork construction with flat roof . . . . . .. The adjacent property comprises a 3-storey building of solid brickwork construction with pitched tiled roofing. The subject would be suitable for a range of retail/offices uses in addition to redevelopment potential subject to the necessary planning consents”.
