The Corporation The City of Glasgow Water Department Inaugurated by the Rt. Hon. William Ross MBE MP Secretsary of State for Scotland 22nd September 1965. See http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-51151-glen-finglas-dam-and-hydro-electric-power & http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB51151 . The tunnel under Ben A'an diverting water from the River Turk to Loch Katrine had already been completed in 1958.
