Cathays Library. Wide View. This is at a very busy crossroads at the cusp of ST1877. To the left of the picture is Whitchurch Road, straight past the building is Fairoak Road, behind me is Cathays Terrace and to the right of the Library is the long Crwys Road leading to the famous five ways "Death Junction"
