A bit of a stretch, it is in fact merely a facade. It has been incorporated into a large mixed-use scheme, Finzels Reach. This building may have been the old cask store, part of the Courage Brewery which used to occupy the site. Since the photo was taken, the developer, HDG Mansur, has gone into receivership so put that luxury riverside work/play/lifestyle on hold.
