By Ivor Jones and Percy Thomas, 1928. Pevsner draws one's attention to the "dramatic" entrance, with "massive blocked piers and exaggerated voussoirs beneath an open pediment." Grade II listed. Cutbacks have resulted in many such buildings, including the adjacent magistrates' court (Image]), being closed and the state struggling to find viable new uses. I don't know if one has been found for this building.
