West Farleigh consists of three 'centres' - the hamlet of West Farleigh near West Farleigh Hall at the junction of Smith's Hill and Ewell Lane, Farleigh Green about half a mile to the east, and Court Lodge with the Norman church of All Saints, half a mile north of both West Farleigh and Farleigh Green.
