This is an 18th Century house on the site of a much earlier dwelling place. Now called Netts, it was until relatively recently the farmhouse for Neats Court Farm but is now in completely separate ownership and undergoing a long term process of renovation. It is not unoccupied and the owner does not have any share in the governance of the remaining parts of the farm that can be seen from the public highway, whether or not those parts may still be in use or have now effectively been abandoned (information supplied by the current occupier in July 2016).
