The massive warehouse was built by the Glasgow and South Western Railway Company in 1882. It was converted to flats in 1989-90. It is a Category A Listed building http://data.historic-scotland.gov.uk/pls/htmldb/f?p=2200:15:0::::BUILDING:33814 .
