The building is in the NE corner of the bus station. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3698885 The charge for using the toilets at the October 2013 date of this view was 20 pence, collected by a person seated just out of view inside. Two thoughts occurred to me: 1) How many decades is it since the euphemism "to spend a penny" was literally true? 2) Assuming minimum wage rates, how many users per hour are needed to offset the collector's pay? I later found that the 2013 rate for a person aged 21 and over is £6.31, so that's at least 32 paying users per hour. Hmm...
