Blake's Lane is a back road, parallel to the Epsom Road A246, and serving only a handful of properties. Blake's Lane was formerly the only road between West Horsley and East Clandon: it was replaced by the turnpike which ran just south of Hatchlands Park, and finally by the current alignment of the main road built in the early twentieth century.
