The two fairies seem to be rather upset, both having their heads buried in their hands. Perhaps their expected guests haven't turned up, or maybe it's because I'd spotted them with their little red teaset prepared on a sawn tree stump beside the path through the western section of Drayton Wood. If they were surprised to see me, it was no more than I was surprised to find them! (Lacking a category for mythical beings, I shall tag them as "wild animals" !) [Edit] Note: I think I've just spotted a third fairy on the ground to the left of the trunk - perhaps this is what is upsetting them !
