Taken in November 1969 with darkness approaching, this photo shows an Eastbourne Corporation Leyland Panther bus dating from 1968 in Grand Parade on route 3 to Langney Point Estate. This single-decker bus has East Lancs 45-seater bodywork in the new cream and blue livery. On the left of the photo can be seen the Chatsworth Hotel whilst the building behind the bus is now apartments.
