This is the Roman Catholic church serving Winchburgh and environs. It has a web site http://www.st-philomena.co.uk/ with a history section containing no information whatsoever about the history of the building, though it does explain who St Philomena was. There are some modern stained glass windows, but I did not wish to disturb some people who were obviously praying by blundering around taking photographs.
