These tall granite buildings are now sub-divided into flats and this will probably be their downfall. Some are well maintained, and some are not. Gutterings and down-pipes need attention, whilst windows and doors are a mix of new and old.Parking is a nightmare, and even with a voucher system in place it is a case of first come, first served.
