Metropolitan Police Underwater Search team on an exercise in the Paddington Arm of the canal, near Perivale. There are two divers in the water (one out of shot, but you can see a cable leading to him). There are three supporting officers on the bank - one is the safety officer, I talked to him to make sure they were happy for me to take photos. They have a small generator on the bank beyond the police.
